Time for a decent update I hope! In Quito, Izzy made friends with Dan (from Bournemouth). Here they are checking out the UNESCO World Heritage site Old Town, which is overlooked by the "Virgen de la Quito".

Its better to regret something you've done,Now obviously there are certain limits to this, but generally I think it helps in making those crucial, should I shouldn't I decisions.... and I know I wouldn't be "right here, right now" if I'd decided to worry about "regretting saying something" to a wonderful Canadian girl one November night in Toronto.
Than to regret not doing it at all.
And if that all makes sense then well done!
